Lia (aka Liapsart) is a self taught digital artist who has been creating since 2021.
Her work explores emotions like hope, loneliness, sadness, and the quiet weight people carry inside. Drawing from personal experiences, observations, and imagination, she uses digital manipulation and digital painting in Adobe Photoshop to create visual narratives that bring heavy emotions to life through vibrant colours rather than dull or gloomy tones.
Her process is mostly intuitive, often allowing ideas to take shape as she creates. This year, she began developing her own artistic style, which she calls Synthrealism. It’s a way of creating without starting with a fixed concept, simply going with the flow and letting ideas come together naturally. She trusts the process and allows the artwork to build itself into something she may not have imagined at the beginning.
At the heart of her work is life itself, the experiences, contradictions, and emotions that make us human.
